Woman Beautiful Mission Statement: Loving God, Helping Others, Living Wholly

Woman Beautiful is committed to a lifestyle reflective of Christ in loving our Lord, families, and one another. We choose daily to set aside our own selfish desires and make the needed sacrifices to: help and encourage one another in love, to fellowship regularly with one another and to hold one another accountable in this journey, as exemplified in Proverbs 31 and Titus 3.

Woman Beautiful Vision Statement: Praying fervently, Encouraging relentlessly and Cultivating Christ-likeness for a life of faith, love and grace.

Woman Beautiful's purpose is to love one another well, in both word and deed, by extending grace and forgiveness, by proding each other on into Christ-likeness through accountability, by meditating on the word of God and by lifting-up each other in prayer with every need that may arise. We commit to speaking the truth in kindness and to love others by fulfilling the mandate to esteeem others better than ourselves.

Beauty Tip: January 2012

Set goals throughout the month of January that will become new lifestyle habits during February, March and April. A lifestyle that will last a life time. You have 16 days to set these goals before putting them into practice on February 1, 2012.  

As you set your goals ask yourself the following questions:

1: What is one thing about myself that I can change but have never made a sincere effort to do so? 

2: What is one thing that I can do to help someone else reach her/his goals in 2012?

3: Do I have a team that will help me reach my goals? If not, prayerfully consider women you know that would make great supporters. Look at your closests friends, church family, women who lead in your community...women who are confident in their own identity. Ask them to meet with you once or twice a month. Make sure that they know what you are doing and why.      

4: Pray: Father, God in heaven, I pray that my life would be a living sacrifice unto You. A life well lived, full of Your grace and beauty. Lead me to women who will help me stay focused, speak truth to me, and who will encourage me when I feel defeated. Let my life shine for Your glory. May it be the abudant life Christ promised me and may it be a blessing to others. In Jesus' name I pary. Amen. Amen!
